(1) Participation in the competition and chances of winning do not depend on the purchase of a product from the organiser. All natural persons with permanent residence in Germany who are at least 18 years old are eligible to participate, except for employees of travelite GmbH + Co. KG, the h&m gutberlet GmbH and their relatives. By participating in the competition, participants accept these conditions of participation. 

(2) There are 4 sets to be won, each containing: IMPACKT IP1 Minicase in four different colours, each worth €39.95 + pouch with 7 high-quality GOKOS pens worth €115.00. 

(3) Start of participation: 11.11.2023; the closing date for participation is 14.11.2023 at 23:00. To take part in the competition, participants must: 1. follow the impackt.travel Instagram channel (available at https://www.instagram.com/impackt.travel) and the gokos.beautytogo Instagram channel (available at https://www.instagram.com/gokos.beautytogo/). 2. comment under the post which set is preferred and which GOKOS pen is indispensable 3. tag two friends who should also take part in the competition.

(4) The winners will be drawn from all participants. The winners are chosen at random. Each participant may only participate in this competition once and can only win once. In particular, participation in the competition with multiple Instagram accounts of the same natural person is not permitted. 

(5) The winners will be contacted by IMPACKT via direct message after the participation deadline has passed. The following data is required from the participants for the organisation of the prize: first and last name and address. If IMPACKT does not receive a response from the winners within three days of the direct message concerning the win, the prize will be forfeited and a new participant will be selected. 

(6) A cash payment of the prize is not possible; the prize is not transferable. 

(7) Participation via automated mass participation procedures is not permitted. 

(8) The organisers of the competition reserve the right to exclude participants who violate these conditions of participation from the competition. 

(9) The organisers also reserve the right to modify, suspend or terminate the promotion insofar as this is necessary due to force majeure or external circumstances beyond IMPACKT's control, or if this is the only way to ensure the correct implementation of the promotion. 

(10) The promotion is not connected to Instagram and is in no way sponsored, supported or organised by Instagram. The recipient of the information provided by the participants is not Instagram, but travelite GmbH & Co. KG and h&m gutberlet GmbH. The information provided will only be used for this competition. 

Legal recourse is excluded.
