Delivery to packing station possible?

Due to the size of our packages, we can unfortunately not offer delivery to packing stations.

How can I track my package? Where can I find a tracking number?

As soon as we have handed over your package to DPD, you will receive a shipment notification with your shipment number.

Can I receive my shipment by express?

Unfortunately, we can not offer express shipping.

I have not received my order? How do I find out where it is?

With the shipment number from your shipping notification, you can find out the exact location of your shipment on the DPD site.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping within Germany: Free shipping for orders over 50.00 €* For an order value below 50.00 € the shipping costs are only 3.50 €.

Shipping within Austria: Free shipping from an order value of 100.00 €* For an order value below 100.00 € the shipping costs are only 7.95 €.

Shipping within all other countries: Free shipping from an order value of 150.00 €* For an order value below 150.00 € the shipping costs are only 9.95 €.

Which countries does travelite deliver to?

travelite currently delivers to Germany, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, France, Italy and Spain.

Which shipping service provider do you use?

We ship exclusively by DPD shipped. Please understand that we can not implement individual wishes regarding the carrier.
